PMT — Password Management Tool

PMT is Adelphi's Password Management Tool, reached through the eCampus portal under Services. Enrolment state appears in User Lookup on the Azure/PMT/SSPR row, and it is the field that decides how a password reset call goes.

AccountsNeeds review

Due for review

This follows a procedure as described, but has not been confirmed against the current system. If what you see does not match, report it.

When you use it

  • Any password reset call — check enrolment before anything else
  • MFA problems
  • Deciding whether a user can self-serve or needs an OTP through SAAS

Enrolled
The user can reset their own password at office.com
Not Enrolled
They cannot — issue an OTP through SAAS option 7

Watch out for

  • Enrolled is not the same as working. Check the methods actually reach them — a phone number they no longer have counts as enrolled.
  • A user who was Not Enrolled should leave the call enrolled, or you will be issuing another OTP next time.
